As you can see below BlackBerry Music App groups music by Album AND Artist. So if an Album has multiple artists and each song has a different artist, it won't group to the same Album.

I guess the rationale is that you want to make sure two albums of the same name aren't grouped but this causes more problems for me than helps me.


Any fix for this?

No, I don't think there is a fix for that. I am running the latest leak and it's still grouped that way.

I'm running the latest leak as well and it seems fine to me.
Could it be the music ID tags?

Are you sure the artist in the tag is different?

I hate when how you search by artist and click on the artist tab and am given ALL songs and not sorted by album or the option to select an album.

Fix that and add a swipe gesture to the left/right on the album art portion of now playing to change songs and its a perfect music app.

Album artist must be the same in the album, artist can be whatever you need

I'm on 10.1 and mine groups Artist by album - only if the name is exactly the same.
