The N series is going to have a resolution of 720x720 on the phone, but will it have HDMI output? And if it does will it be cropped or rescaled (from the phone) to fill a HD TV or monitor screen?

I think given that every blackberry always ships with the same connectors, the N-series will have hdmi, it should be feature -set equivalent with the L series, just diff form factor, much like the torch and bold lines

I like guarantees! So if it has HDMI out I'm going to think it will be full HD. If the phone is docked, cropping it will just look like a 1990's computer screen and I don't think they would do that.

BB10 should have similar settings to the Playbook. If the N series has HDMI, it should have options to change the output.
