Hi, Im sorry if this has been addressed. I searched and could not see a forum or thread with this issue.
When my Z30 is on silent I am still getting sound notifications.
I have also read others complain about the ringer or vibration continue once call is answered.
Are there any fixes for this yet?
You could try a couple of hard resets, but other than that you might have to reload the software.
My wife had this happen, and turned out that she had specific sound settings for our sons, and these settings OVERRULE profile settings.
I created a new profile with all sounds level to the minimum.
Settings > Notifications > Create new profile (plus sign at the bottom)

Go into your 'silent' profile
Click on 'reset apps' at the bottom.
Try it again.
If not, you need to reload your OS through BlackBerry link, and don't restore

I assume you've done the usual things like holding down the volume keys for 15 seconds to reboot and that you don't have any custom Contact Notifications (these override your profile settings).
What OS Version are you on? (I realize the title says 10.3.1.1767 but I assume that is a Software Release number not an OS Version number)
I assume this issue has only been present since your last OS Version update. Any idea what your last OS version where you didn't have this issue was?
Also, the "ringer or vibration continue once call is answered" bug has been fixed in the new releases (10.3.1.2576/10.3.1.2582).
