    There's something about my Z10 that could take my smile away in a second and it's when suddenly something VERY strange happens and I don't have any idea if it has something to do with the software or perhaps due to my device almost full memory, whatever it is, I deeply hope it gets better when 10.2 arrives. Take a look at the images and tell me if it also happens to you guy...

    Every time it happens the only way out is to restart my baby... really sorry about this matter

    Happened to me on 10.2 one time. I restarted my device and it hasn't happened since.

    May I suggest removing the battery for three minutes, it worked for me.....haven't had that problem since I did that
