I just wanted to report a trouble about my Q10 and BB 10 OS. I'm generally satisfied with the system and phone. But it takes many minutes to restart the phone. It is way too much. Restarting takes approximately 5 mins. As soon as it starts I am not able to reach my all contacts. It takes minimum 1 minutes more to see all of them. They just don't appear as soon as the device starts. When you have an emergency and hurry the things get so hard whilst rebooting. Actually it was a problem from the very beginning. I mean when I bought it. I thought it was going to be fixed with the upcoming updates. But it did not. By the way I do not have an idea about the devices which belong to other people. They might have the same problem. To me this is the only problem with the phone.

Interesting. I had 1 minute boot times in 10.1 and then 5 minutes in 10.2.1. Disabling my sim card pin code fixed this and it is now back to 1 minute.

thanks a lot. It worked when I disabled the sim encryption. This method never crossed my mind. But it's still annoying. Even though this slowed the rebooting. After rebooting I still wait 3 mins more to see all my sim contacts. I guess I should move my sim contacts to phone. This looks like a certain solution. But Why would we have to disable our sim pin code and move contacts from sim to phone to slow rebooting time? This is ridiculous.
