I've installed 10.3.0.700 and now back to 10.2.1.2977. My Q10 doesn't recognise SDCARD which is 64GB (Sandisk). I never have this issue with this before installing the leak 10.3.0.700. Anyone have experience like this that can share any solution to fix, please?
^ Man these kind of anecdotal jokes of troubleshooting really needs to stop on these boards.
Rebooting for BB10 should be a last resort, not the FIRST form of troubleshooting like the BBOS days.
First of all BB10.3 uses a different format for MicroSD cards, Actually I think the latest 10.2 does supporting exFat (not just FAT16/32/NTFS).
You'll need to format the card after using a PC program to retrieve data.
Win7/OSX should be able to view via an SD adapter to recover data before the MicroSD format.

I might be wrong, but what you're saying is one should reformat their SDcard before attempting a simple reboot?

Make sure that your memory card is not corrupted or has been looked from another BlackBerry ( encryption)
I've reformat exFat format. Still no luck. It looks wired for me when installed ES file manager from 1mobile, my Q10 sees the card while the native file manager doesn't.
I mean.....that's the first thing an IT usually ask you to do when you report a problem. Hah hah.

Not THIS I.T. Rep ... not when it comes to BB10; but I get the joke. For some things it's useful, even necessary, but it should not be the first reply to anyone's issue ... and it's used far too common with BB10 devices on the boards lately.
