    Hello

I'm trying to use an android app which control my stereo system through UPNP.
App installs, seems also well coping with the square format of my screen (Passport), but can't go further because it keeps saying that my port 1900 is busy. The developer told me some apps sometimes do not behave well and keep the port busy instead of releasing it...

Any way to check what application / process uses my port 1900?

    Thanks
    Nicolas

Not sure how you can find out but I'm guessing it's the built in UPNP stuff which uses Twonky.

You're refering to the option to share media?
Because I thought so, and it is not activated. I try activating, deactivating, rebooting... nothing works.
I have the same issue for 2 apps.

I saw port 1900 is also used by several processes related to BES :

    BlackBerry Attachment Service:
    Process Name: BBAttachServer.exe, BlackBerryExtension.exe, BBConvert.exe (multiple instances)
    TCP Ports: 1900, 1999, 2000, 1433

Any idea how I could kill those processes?
