    This happened to my phone before, but than i factory reset my phone and than reloaded in the new OS and everything was working perfect ly fine, now just a minute ago my phone started flashing colourful lights for no reason again and now i can't send or recieve texts or use bbm or make a phone call... can anyone tell me whats going on or how to fix it? im getting so fed up with my z10 ..

    im using the newest OS 10.2 and it was honestly just sitting beside me on my bed when the lights started flashing
