    My blackberry z10 recently automatically updated to the 10.3, but then it caused my battery to drain after 2-3 hours and made the battery extremely hot. The service center then formatted my bb and re-installed the original OS again. But now I can't go in to my bb world without upgrading to 10.3 and I don't want to go through the whole process again. He said that its a common issue with Z10. What can I do to prevent the upgrade and still be able to use my bb world?

    Not a common issue at all. The heating issue you are having will settle down eventually after the new OS is settled in. Just go ahead and update your phone but make sure you are either connected to Internet with a good signal strength. If you are doing it through OTA please make sure there are full bars on your phone and if through link the same would apply if your computer is on WiFi. Good luck and enjoy
