    i had tried almost hard reset with the sim card network setting and software update all, still the mobile doesnot get the sim signal, Hope had done wrong by purchasing blackberry passport for my professional use.

    Kindly anybody can assist to resolve this issue.

    Note ; the mobile is to use in india and purchased in india only.

    Was it made for India?

    Don't remember the Carrier, but I know there was one that required an App to use their service.... BB10 didn't work with that App.

    In general you should match the phones LTE bands to the carrier's LTE bands...
