    I'm using blackberry classic. (Q20)
    sorry for my bad English.

    1.
I tried to secure reset on my BB in setting.

During reset, 1% to 70% took 30min, but 70% to 95% took six hours.
(and I think it will be never end.)

I turned off my BB in 95%.

    2.
I tried to use "SIC Multiwipe 1.3". It worked successfully.

after try that, my BB rebooted automatically.

    3.
it's always on with this screen -> www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.(with yellow warning trinagle)

After waiting about 3 minutes on this screen, it turns off automatically.

in this status, I pressed power button long, BB shows this:
Red LED spot 1 time -> blackberry classic logo -> www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 (with yellow warning trinagle).

    4.
when I tried reset using BBlink, it says 0x000000A2 and reset was aborted.

when I tried reset using Autoloader, it says "this os version is blocked from device" and autoloader is shut down.

This is the Autoloader list what I tried:
    Z30_10.3.01.2582_STA100-1-2-3-4-5-6
    AutoLoader_Z30-Classic_10.3.1.2708

(Now i think maybe my BB's NAND is dead...........)

I tried everyting I can do to solve this problem.
    Help me plz!!!!

What OS were you on before you started, and why did you run a security wipe?

The error message you are receiving could be caused by you having installed a higher OS version (that blocks OS installs up to a certain version) than what your carrier has approved. Link only installs carrier approved OS versions.

Resolution: Install OS 10.3.2.latest from an autoloader.

Interrupting a security wipe is always a bad idea. Usually it just restarts anyway. The only reason to do a security wipe is when the phone is leaving your control, giving it away or selling it for example. It is usually a good idea to delete user data and installed applications first. The more "free" space the OS has to work with, the faster the wipe will finish. Completely free blocks can be wiped straight away. Blocks with partial data in them that is going to be retained have have the retained data moved first.
