I am listening to music through bluetooth and i have the maps app running. I'm driving along the 401 and on every express collector exchange, there are like 6 tones. every time the music gets lowered. How can i mute maps and not the music?

That sucks, i hope that they come up with something in 10.3. I have switched to Google maps now. It is right there on their main options to mute! I like BlackBerry maps more, but i can't stand the constant beeping anymore!

You can mute maps.. there is a volume icon in the upper right hand corner. If you tap it - it mutes the maps voice.
