Hey,

Since the 10.2 update (BlackBerry z10), When I open the app player or photos app; sometimes ( twice a day or even more ) it just say that I don't have any songs on my phone, I have to restart the phone to be able to see the songs. All my songs are on my phone, don't have SD card...

When I go to file manager I can access my files but if I go on device storage details it say that I don't have any song or photos :$

If anyone could help

It does take its time indexing. If you do too many reboots a day, you'll get a lot of indexing time. The files are there (hence why you can access using Files), but not indexed so the media apps just hang waiting for content.

I really suggest you get an SD card though - it would speed you the indexing process. But mostly it's reboots. If you don't really do many a day, I am not sure what it is. It could be the OS is having a hard time indexing that many songs in the internal memory.

Still, you're better off with an SD Found you some good class 10 options:

Ultra microSDHC 8GB Class 10 (SanDisk)

SanDisk Ultra 16 GB MicroSDHC Class 10

SanDisk Class 10 32GB Micro SDHC

SanDisk Corporation 64GB MICROSD

(yeah, I don't trust other brands )

Thank you for your answer, I think you're right for the indexing thing (even if the 10.2 update has some bug) , I had an SD card on my phone but lost it 3 months ago :s

I'll take the 16 or 32 gb card to free up some memory
