    I am on my Z10-1 10.2.1.1055. I got this error whenever I try to play any music file from the music player it self. But when I try to play it from the File manager, it works fine. Can you please help me regarding this?

    The problem may be resolved for you, but the root cause is yet to be determined. I would be much more interested in finding root cause than applying band aids to temporarily fix things. Eitherway, glad you are satisfied with your bandaid.

    It is BlackBerry's job to determine the root cause, not us. If you're not satisfied with it, knowing that this is still in beta, go back to official OS. Problem solved.
