I wanted to remove an album by deleting (deleted it in the file manager not in music player) it but it didn't work. The data on the phone itself is gone but I still see it in the music player and it makes the player messed up. It can't find it when I click on it but it's still there. I click on one song it skips right to the next song instead. And when I readd it its multiple times in the player.
Why are such simple things which should just work so buggy?
How can I remove this 'phantom' song/album?

If you using memory card (and that album was created on it), use some android file manager to remove it

I used the internal storage. And also there is no file anymore

Edit: after removing the sd card it is not in the player anymore. Any way to remove it? It reappears if I put it back in

I think the flac format is the problem. BB Link can't even see any of the flac songs

I could get rid of it after using an autoloader. But there must be another way too. I can't always wipe my phone just because of this bug.
    Any suggestions?

Try long press on the album and click "delete". Lets see if that is available.

Try with ghost commander file manager to see if it exists in folder. If do, try to delete it from that app

I think the file isn't in your phone anymore, a quick "hard rest" should fix this. Hold down the volume up + down together till you see the blackberry logo. That should fix the problem
