    Anyone else having difficulty downloading from App World? The screen shot of the error is below - I purchased this song and a few others 3 days ago and no luck getting them.

    On a side note, I've had issues before that finally right themselves, but it's annoying me now - especially as I've not ever got a reply from the advertised support mailbox at [email protected].

    I've had an issue with a music download today too with BlackBerry World, which I posted in the BlackBerry World forum earlier. Get the error message "Creating music user failed" right after the download starts. I'm running OS 10.2.1.2141. This is my first music purchase from BBWorld.

    Thanks everyone - think it's safe to assume it's gone down server side then.

    I was all ready to blame my router or cell carrier, lol.

    I've been able to download one song from the album I purchased, but for the rest I got this (new) error message :

    Hi folks, I had the same problem...

    After playing with the settings of the blackberry world app (network...) it suddenly worked.
    Sorry that I cannot precisely tell which change made the difference.
    But seemingly the problem has to do with the settings....

    Thanks I got my downloads to work, so here is what I did:I went to app world then into settings, and then Network and Data Limits, and turned on the option to allow you to download large files over the network. I then shutdown app world, opened it back up and was able to download my music. It does seem to take a few seconds for the download to start.

    Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. Still waiting to hear back from 7digital support.

    I am having problems as well I will post pictures of the 2 different errors I get. I have refreshed bbw and done a battery pull on my phone. Also tried to download over 3g and wifi none work
