    He has the latest ks version. He has rebooted. It just crashes every time. Any ideas? I'm thinking he should do a security wipe.

    the problem like my friend z10, my friend's problem is not BBW, but BBM.. His BBM is crash/blank/when launched, it back to home screen..

    my friend try:
    - restart, not solving
    - pull the battery, not solving
    - uninstalling BBM via Playbook App Manager, then installing from BBW, not solving
    - replace/overwrite BBM with offline installer BBM.BAR, not solving

    just one method was working:
    - security wipe his BB Z10 is working..
