    Recently just upgraded email system at work and I have my inbox on my pc running rules to separate each email into a folder for the sender (to keep things organzied). But when I receive a new email from a sender that has a rule assigned to it, it doesn't show up in my inbox. I have to select the top and go to the folder to see it (see photo). I have no way of telling if I receive a new email on my phone unless I go through every folder periodically or have all emails go to my inbox. Help!!

    Only your Inbox in the screen shot is being synced. That's why you're not being alerted about the other emails that are being filed by the rules. You need to sync folders on your device. Then, as long as your Outlook rules don't mark the emails as read, they will appear in your Hub as filed unread messages. To sync your folders, go to Settings > Accounts and select the email account. Scroll down to "Edit folder settings" and either sync all folders, or select the ones that you want to keep track of on your device. That should do it.

    Is your OS leaked?

    I cannot, for the life of me, get my Q10 to see anything more than 10.1.0.273... not via OTA, not via BlackBerry Link...

    Yes, it's the latest leaked version. I used leaked/hybrid versions on my legacy devices, and hopped right on the band wagon as soon as the BB10 leaks began to appear. If you're willing to handle the occasional bug, it gives some extras ahead of time.
