    I can't take a screen shot after the update.

    I think it is your phone... May try to Turn Off your phone pull your battery and Start again ? Over here it is still working

    It worked now. Was not doing a battery pull since many people said it's bad for the phone.. did it anyway, works now! Thank you!

    On older BB's a batterypull was while the phone is on... On the New BB10 (Z10 etc) phones you should turn phone Off and then you can pull out the battery.... Another reset Option is Holding Vol+ and Vol- like for a Screenshot but don't release it until the phone restarts...
