I can no longer see the Movie category in BlackBerry World.

I'm not sure if it's just me. Or if this is temporary due to maintenance or permanent because they weren't getting enough sales or what?

I'm in Canada.

Anyone else see this?

OHHHH NOOOOO some one stole our movies….??? Its a conspiracy, even worse, who even bought movies from there??? You can t even stream them using DLNA or Miracast… it was a ripoff…lol

Indeed. While I question the pertinence of removing Movies main category, they are still there, same when you go to MyWorld.

When I use that, I don't get the movies section, just the BlackBerry TV selections. I can search movies by category,as suggested by Mecca EL, and there are some movies in the banner.

They may just be reorganizing the movie section of BlackBerry World and it is not ready yet.

Videos just reappeared in the BlackBerry World menu.

Blackberry was doing some maintenance last night on BB World. Seems to me, they are doing a bit of a reorganization.

I had downloaded some videos. From the ones I downloaded, I was able to click on the genre, which took me to other videos which are still available for sale so I suspect this is just a temporary thing.

I'm in uk the films are still there it's just hard to find them , so probley some smart person reorganising things, apple has many faults but I don't think I tunes , would hide all the films behind music or apps ,

I hope this means we'll soon hear that movies purchased via BlackBerry World will be somehow playable on the PlayBooks and vice versa.

They just need a way to link BBID with the PlayBook Video Store login.

I haven't upgrade the OS
