I'm currently on10.3.3.2049

The browser is slow, attaching pics to a chat or text takes forever.

Which is the ideal version to update with?

I'll be using sachesi to update it.

The problem is not the OS version, but the method of install.

You need to use an autoloader for a clean OS.

Might as well do 10.3.3.2205 while you're at it.

Use Ultimate Backup from BBW for backup.

I've not used one before. Any options on which to use..or is there just one? Any additional info is appreciated.

Agree, autoloaded 2205 today after waiting indefinitely for OTA update from 10.3.2. And so far it is smooth. No issues.

It won't. That's why I'm suggesting it.

You have to install the BlackBerry Payments app. I had the same problem but it's because they set a stand alone app that integrates into the BlackBerry world payment system.

Thanks a lot Uzi. I downloaded the Payment Options. It didn't accept Paypal but it accepted the credit card. I should be able to pay for apps now. Though the app keeps shutting on its own. Thanks once again!

I'm preparing to run an autoloader soon, just need to know the latest version for my Q10 and where to find it. See specs in sig.

I can't find instructions and where an autoloader can be found.

I think Denise had a write-up along with the autoloader links, but I can't find it.
