You can load it if you make an autoloader with it.

Correct, you can make an autoloader with it or unzip the debrick OS and Radio bar files with 7zip/Darcy/Sachesi, rename them to OS.signed + Radio.signed and load them using SIC wipe n load.

If it hasn't been said before, you two have always been pretty **** helpful around here. Thanks for the codes, clie. My preferred standby is security wipe followed by a Thurask autoloader, and so far I've been reserving SIC for the occasions I run into issues after install. And one of these days I would like to figure out how Thurask comes up with STL -4 specific autoloaders.

These 10.3 versions are pretty large. My backups used to be about 7GB; the last five were over 9GB, today's is 8.2. Settings and App Data only, and this is after I dumped my space hogging games like RR3.

Loaded this on my Passport via Autoloader (thanks for upload!).

First impressions - none of the crippling slowdown early on that was evident on earlier 10.3.1 builds (the one Clewley made clear wasn't optimised for Passport).

Lots of screen flicker in settings screen/Hub when adding account/CrackBerry initially. This seems to have gone away after a single reboot.

So far much less of the lag and unresponsiveness that plagued all of my 10.3.0 builds - does genuinely seems quicker and better optimised for the Passport chipset.

    Pretty happy so far

Is this 1133 better / newer than 1151?

I would like to load on my Q5.

All accounts and apps added - still much, much better performer than 10.3.0. Big difference. Hopefully the earlier flickering won't return.

Updated my Passport non-destructively, and now BBM won't open. I've tried installing older versions of BBM but no luck. All else seems to be working fine. In the process of restoring from backup. Any thoughts?
1- Side load the latest BBM bar is installed.

2- Do not try to open it.

3- Turn your phone off via power button (not hard reset) and leave off about 10 min

4- Then power back on but DO NOT use phone for about 10 min.

5- Then try to open BBM.

If that doesn't work, you may have to security wipe then repeat above starting w/ #2

Same result, double blink pattern. I'll have an autoloader sometime, debrick is at 890MB downloaded (take 2). I don't foresee a problem, but I'm still curious about this particular pattern. Can't find any info on it at all.
I think I rem one solution was to start Autoloader THEN plug phone in.

Another solution I've seen was to power phone off (if you can) then start Autoloader then plug phone in.

There was also a solution if your phone has removable battery to remove it and start Autoloader then plug in then battery in but I am not positive of these particular steps.

Well..... I haven't actually loaded this os on either my z30 or q10. Q is running 1151 as is. And is solid.

Z30 is a hybrid of 1151 os w/ 996 radio and new bars from 1133.

It probably is clich but everything seems snappier.. using previous leaks I was just about to go on a rant spree about how 10.3.1 is not ready for prime time on Passport due to lag in pretty much every small OS animation to bigger problems like app menu flicker ( commonly referred to as screen flicker) and video playback rendering problem etc.. All those problems are no more in this OS..

This OS is handling everything pretty fine on Passport..

Thanks Moody for the background in the OP. Even with CB's main articles they don't always get the "first" or "original" source. They often just source the link they know of.

Who knows if files exchange hands before they are posted anyway.

Besides, what the heck is the big deal with crediting the source you got something from or the people who helped you.

    Whatever, just goofy.

It's important to keep your chain clean and well lubed to stay on track. Best not to change your mind once you set out on a track.

This has been a great thread. Lots of help asked for and given, minimal crankiness.

Thanks to all for making this a thread that I'll continue to read through!

BTW, my install seems to be working 100% now after reinstalling BBM (Thanks for the help, all!) Battery is at 70% after a FULL day of work, and there is absolutely no flickering. Very snappy, very cool.

Good question noez92. If I had a passport to test on I would've been glad to let you know. I would say if your experiencing any major issues on .1154 then why not give .1133 a whirl? At least that's what I would do. Also from what I've read .1133 runs pretty smooth on the PP w/o major issues. Hope that helps, maybe a PP owner will chime in on this one. Good luck!
