    is there any way to manage the android runtime, I mean
    Reboot, monitor mem/cpu, stop and start on demand, etc...

    Also some advanced features at runtime level such as disable access to hardware (i.e network) could be useful for administration or testing. I am sure that it is better to hide this features from normal users, but what about others?
