I'm new to this and in my previous phone I had the possibility to change the sounds (and overall mode) of the phone for instance according to time of the day or gps location, so that the phone would automatically go silent during office hours for example, or the ringer would get louder on weekends or in the evenings, these are just examples of mode switching, is there a way I can do this on my passport?

I think there are apps that do this in BlackBerry World

There are some sound profiles built in, but are only activated manually.

There are apps that can automate this as well as add other system changes

You guys may be right, I think I found one that could do the trick just need to try it on first.
How about differentiating volume between apps, phone, media.. specifically I would need to lower the volume on whatsapp only but can't be done on default, I tried some keywords on BlackBerry world but didn't find anything of the sort, if anyone uses an app that does this feel free to share.
