May be a dumb question but wondering if mobile hotspot function is a bar file or if it's directly baked In to the core OS?

I ask as my mobile hotspot doesn't work or connect with my iPad or any other device. Do I have a choice of just side loading the bar?

Just tried mine and it works. I'm on 10.2.0.1767. But it has always worked for me. On Rogers too, if that matters at all.

Unfortuantely, it appears to be baked into the OS somewhere. There have never been any separate Bar files published for the Hotspot feature. Also it according to your signature block, you may be running a leaked OS. It may do you some good to research the thread related to your leak.

Baked in I would assume.
Has always worked fine for me.

Thanks all. Have had this issue since day 1 even with stock OS 10.0.

Next step is loading OS clean with no restore.
