    getting close to 15% error when compared to my carrier app, rendering data usuage tracker in bb10 pretty much useless. yes, I've correctly set up the rollover date..at the beginning of my billing cycle, they aligned nicely but 2/3 of the way through now and there's more than a 300MB discrepency.

    anyone figure this out?

    I only use the carrier app, as that is what you will be billed at.

    Every single data tracker is inaccurate, but there's also things to consider on the carrier side. For example, my carrier doesn't charge for Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp, yet, device monitor does and has no way of knowing it shouldn't.

    But 15% is actually a lot..

    and its 15% on the low side, so dangerously misleading...I dont use any of those apps.. I dont think the monitor includes teathered data usage but I only tested it out...didnt consume anywhere near 300MB

    this is on Telus...can anyone confirm if their data tallying is off by this much! I know some carriers round-up or over-charge for data..
