    Hi, first of all I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, but I couldn't find the solution anywhere.

    I'm using Z30STA100-2/10.2.1.3442 and noticed suddenly that WhatsApp icon is missing from the hub and I'm not receiving any messages unless I open the app itself. I've tried uninstalling WhatsApp, restarting the device, reinstalling the app but to no avail.

    Hoping someone could help.

    Two options delete the app restart phone and then install. Other one is wiping your phone

    Hard reset your phone by pressing the volume buttons until you see the red light.

    re-install works for every apps that missing from Hub or you can try swipe from top right corner 5 times to reset hub first, if it doesnt help so you can re-install it

    From. Within the HUB select the 3 dots, settings, Hub Management, WhatsApp, and ensure it's set to 'Show in both' (or however you would like it).

    It wasn't showing there too. However, now I have done a security wipe and everything is new
