    I update my BB10 STL100-4 to 10.3.1.634
    But not showing music, videos, gallery,
    ..
    How to fix..please reply Asap.

    Why did you update to that OS?
    Didn't you read that it was a Dev OS where you saw it?
    And it is very old.
    Dev OS are usually incomplete, missing some useful apps. It's not meant for public use.
    Go find yourself another one. 10.3.1.3xxx or 10.3.2.2339

    Did you backup your Passport before loading the new OS? I always run two backups; full and custom (only music, videos, etc) that way if things go wrong I'm covered for most scenarios.

    He said he updated a Z10 and not a passport.
    Also the OS he used is a developer OS and does not have those apps included in it.

    The fix is to read before doing, but that isn't particularly simple to implement.
