    Are are you looking for a streaming service like how winamp offered?
    There's slacker, deezer and songza.
    All are free and each is significantly different then the other.

    If you are looking for something that gives you a functioning EQ, then take a look at Neutron. It's not free but really worth it.

    Actually come to think on it, I know that winamp works on 10.2.

    I do believe that egoodreader has the bar file.
