    I have an outlook.com email account and an office 365 email account, both stopped working on January 2, 2017 due to this error:

    The SSL certificate provided by server outlook.office365.com for ActiveSync is either invalid or was declined.

    Has anyone else received this error or know how to allow these "invalid" certificates? I have already tried changing account settings to not use SSL and that didn't work, I think due to microsoft not allowing unencrypted connections.

    I deleted the accounts from my blackberry and re-created them and its working now.

    Maybe it cached their old certificate and didnt update in?
