    Updated my Q10 to 10.2.0.1791 and the microphone for BBM Video and the video camera doesn't work. There seems to be some kind of noise being recorded but it's pretty much just static. Hardware or software issue?

    I have the same thing - but it's seems to happen halfway through a video recording.

    I'm 10.2.0.424, for what it's worth.

    Wait... Son of a... The issue was around before the update so it's a hardware thing. Guess I've gotta send it in for repair.
