Please develop an option so that we can choose between old and new incoming phone call screens.

BlackBerry 10 did it last year with the theme backgronds (Light and Dark) and now is the time for the incoming phone call screens.

Reconsider and throw away with the industrial standard. Don't waste the modern technology, innovative of the old incoming phone call screen. We don't want the BlackBerry 10 turn to BBOS and Android. Just BlackBerry 10.

Frankly I was amazed that they expended resources changing it and I'd be more amazed I'd they expended any more on something like a call screen when there are so many other issues.

If I had to change something on the new screen I'd say single tap red or green to decline or answer but it really isn't important to me.

I don't see an issue with the new call screen. It seems to be more "accurate" than the old one.

As for single tap, I'd wager they will never implement this seeing as we currently have an option to mute the phone ringer simply by tapping anywhere on the call screen. I sometimes just tap the screen to mute without looking where I tap and I'd hate to "aim" my taps to avoid hitting the "answer" or "reject" buttons.

Whatever the reason I know someone that had "some" issues with the old method and has zero issues with the new one. So for BlackBerry I suppose it was all about removing that bit of difficulty in useability however minor.

I know two people that had difficulty answering their phones, don't ask me how, what or why, I couldn't tell you. Now they don't, it's really that simple. I doubt the old screen will ever come back.

We all know that Michael Clewley is reading the comments on CrackBerry. Especially this one on the topic.

Based on his address: it doesn't mean that BlackBerry can't develop an option. It's still a thinking point. At this point he must reconsider about what the effects will costs if BB10 goes downhill because of the changes.

Who ever had complained about the old incoming phone call screen in the beginning, is really a moron. Ask yourself this.. Why did you buy a BlackBerry 10 smartphone device to begin with in the first place and afterwards you complain about the old incoming phone call screen? That is really awful. A true BlackBerry hardcore fan should never complain about the old incoming phone call screen.

I see no reason why they have to change it.

Besides, an option would be the perfect solution for this and I for certain will know that BlackBerry10 will grow bigger in all markets (That is if they want too of course). They will be the first smartphone maker who can give options to change incoming phone call screens.

YES!!! I want an option old/new!!!!!!!!!
BlackBerry / Michael Clewley - if your team is gonna change something, don't delete the old option/version- just give us a chance to choose by ourselfs!!! You cant just give us a copy of androids call screen and think it will be ok.

Thanks to us users/customers/fans you've got a job! So do it right!

BlackBerry has stated that they don't wanna be turn their BB10 devices into Android devices, they only want to run the android apps with runtimes.

Because of the new incoming phone call screen that is showned, is the perfect example of copying a real android phone device. The look a like already.

That's definitely why Mr. Clewley did made a big mistake about the changes. For real he has to reconsider about this and willingly to give us the option.

Blackberry doesn't do options. They think it confuses us. Look at the number of places where people want options, and look where they exist.

I think you got it wrong definitely. BlackBerry has proven and given us the basic options.

Example of options in settings and BAR/APK apps here below.

    1. Backgronds themes between color Black or White.

    2. Hide or Show.

    3. Policies of install, re-install or uninstall.

    4. Turn on or Turn off.

    5. Sound or Mute.

And why not given us the option of incoming phone call screens between old and new? It doesn't make sense at all and they can develop because having plenty of time to with innovation. It's not the end of the whole world or something.

You honestly think that BlackBerry devices are bugfree phone devices becauses they will releasing every upcoming bigfixes and basic old options of the updates for changes. Keep dreaming.
