For some reason my bb10 music and photo apps are not seeing any media scored on my sd card.

I re-formatted my sd card and reloaded my media with no success. J am however able to browse and view all media from the file manager.

I am on a z10 on 10.1.0.4181

What brand and size card? What file types of media?

Hi Lendo,

It was pictures and music, but only when using the BlackBerry os apps. 3rd party music players worked fine.

But I think I found my problem. It appears the app DeviceSuite free for BlackBerry 10 by marcossit dev was causing the grief. I'm not sure how, but I first noticed the problem after downloading the free app and all my problems disappeared right when I deleted it.
