Hi everyone,

I've just one question, why BB10 doesn't have google servicies, I mean on IOS google maps for example is available why not on BB10?
Do you think it cans move on?

Google made an app to work on iOS - iOS has a bunch of users, and many of them are user that a valuable to have as Google is an advertising company. Google is not supporting BB10 at this time - almost no users to speak of.


It's been stated that we will not be getting Google Services that would allow us access to all of the Google Play Apps - unless Google changes their rules.... why would they. But maybe at some point if BB10 grows, Google will create Apps for BB10 (don't hold your breath). In the meantime, search the forums - some have mentioned ways to get Google Maps to work.... to one degree or another.

Yeah I know, it works but it's not the panacea.
Another question to you if you can answer, I think I've read that the BB maps was made with tomtom, Why don't we have a tomtom app, I know there's mireo but I'd love to have a tomtom offline GPS.

Maybe not, but there services are good, if you know better I'll take. I've nothing to hide that's maybe why I'm not really concerned about this topic but I don't really think everything is securised on our beloved blackberries, everything pass by the internet or the carrier so if someone need to know what you do I think he can(maybe it's not the same thing if you have BES) but for the average consumer...

Because we all need Google prying into our personal lives right?
