So now I have emails on my phone that go back to "forever" but I have many hundreds of unread emails coming up when I peek. How do I mark all these emails as "read"? Also, since having emails going back to "forever" my Z10 is painfully laggy. Any fix? Thanks!

In hub, go to email account in question, select and hold down on the most recent date, select "mark prior read"

Thanks! But that only seems to mark the emails for that date. Is there any way to do it for all emails in one fell swoop!?

Or does it mark them all? It's possible that my Z10 is still trying to sync all the emails and that's what's causing the lag. Maybe it's causing a lag in my hub updating and by the time it HAS updated a load more unread emails have been synchronised!?

EDIT: I think that was correct. It's all sorted out now. Thanks for your help

If you did it for today's date, then it will mark ALL emails from today back to the beginning as read. It will take some time if you have a ton of emails though, so just let it do it's thing.

PS: Oops...didn't see your edit till I hit submit. Glad you got it sorted.

I still have this problem 487 unread messages that the above method will not mark as read. Any suggestions guys?
