Hi All,

Hope you can help me , so I am with Vodafone Ireland and have a Q10 and found the update last night when I hit check for software updates.

It installed but got stuck at 100% battery screen multiple times now when I turn on it looks like os loaded BUT it says update failed and mentions same software version 10.1.0.2342
When I try re load exact same thing happens over and over
Main issues are
text messages are gone , my phone rings when i dial from another number but doesnt register on the handset , some icons are missing

Really appreciate any advise

for some its taking a very long time to do the install. Load the update agan and leave it even if it gets "stuck" at 100%. it might take over an hour to finish.

My Q10 prompted me yesterday a message announcing me that a new update (10.1.0.4181) is available.
I download it and installed it. After that the phone asked me for reboot. 2 hours later the boot progress was showing me 96%. Five hours later 99%.
I rebooted again and this morning (6-7 hours later) was stuck at 99%.
Beside the fact I'm angry as hell on BlackBerry and for the first time I'm considering to ditch it, is there a way to make it work without resetting to factory defaults?

Thanks did that and left for an hour so far still at 100% so will leave for another few hours fingers crossed !
