Based on the image below, is there a way to change the two main icons, Hub and Camera?
Thus setting my icon of choice? (I have a Passport and Z30)

Hub icon is only there because of the hard key for the Phone on the Classic. So no.

No you can't. Not the ones they're asking about anyway.

Have you considered download free the Change your BlackBerry 10 Device Icon Placement Dance - or the CB10IPD

Guys, they're referring to the Hub and Camera shortcuts that are always at the bottom of the screen. You can't customize those as of yet.

    As of BlackBerry OS 10.3.2.440

There is no option to change the look or position of the (Hub Icon, Call Icon or Camera Icon) at the bottom left and right respectively.

There is however a App that allows you to change the position of your App Icons. Not sure if that's Free Or Not.

We may in the future get the option to do this

You don't need an app, you just press and hold on the app icon for maybe 2 seconds and they all start pulsating and you can move them wherever and create folders.

Again this is not for the 2 white shortcut icons on the bottom of the screen.

Hopefully BlackBerry will give us the option one day to change those two default apps\icons.

No, No, what I mean is, if you download this App, you are able to move all your app icons to the bottom and have free space at the top.. so you can have 1 line of apps at the bottom and have 3 free rows of space above

And this app isn't added lots and lots of blank icons? Hmm, I might have to look at that. Currently, I have an app that adds blank icons. Thus I need at least 12 to fill my screen...
