    Cause I did a test on browser I rested it 7 times. Each time the Samsung was faster and faster at loading pages

    That's most likely due to the browser or the processor speed differences than the speed of the connection itself.

    It's likely Samsung has been optimized to "cook" the results. I ran an Ookla speed test on a Samsung Galaxy S4 active and it said my download was 150MB/s... hahahahaha. I WISH!

    My LTE connection is faster than my wifi home connection. LTE speed is determined by your provider.

    In this case, the OP is comparing speed on the same LTE system with different phones.

    It is possible to do your own test with a large file download, but you need to be sure the cache doesn't already hold the file. Probably doing the download via ftp would be better.

    My LTE is way faster than my WiFi due to the speed of my DSL. ;-)
