After updating to 10.0.3.xxx and even after following some tips by reading the forums, the lower part of my keyboard is still unresponsive a lot of the times. Even the flicking sometimes is very unresponsive.

I've noticed that too, primarily when trying to do the ".com" in the browser or flick the 'actual' thing I typed that's above the spacebar instead of the suggestion inside of the spacebar. Both of those tend to be iffy, both in 10.3.1154 and it's predecessor. But I love the rest of the 10.3 improvements enough to overlook these

Happens a lot on my Z10 too, but only with the space bar. Flicking works fine for me.

I fixed my space bar that others reported. I just kept training it... if that make sense.

Yeah that makes sense, I mean mine works much better than when I first loaded it but it's still annoying sometimes, it's not as smooth as the 10.2.1.xxx, and I mean the flicking part all over the keyboard, not just near the space bar. Hopefully the new OS update will fix that.

yeah...same here, bottom and the edges of the keyboard. waiting for the next leak. i keep doing the input settings reset. fixes it for a while

I have noticed the issue so your all not alone. It has been more noticable for me in .1154 and just seems to be rather than a bug just the workable area being very tight. Swipe is most definitely an issue from the space bar.
I know some have said the actual OS is universal and it's just the radios that are phone specific but I can't help but feel even though OS was for the Z10 it's not quite right in the surface area department.
Also we have to bear in mind 10.3.0 is not going to be released on any device other than the passport and I don't have one to test if this issue persists on the passport.
Audio crackle through headphones is also an issue for some on the present versions of 10.3.0

On my z10 I have the annoying problem of my 'a','q', 'p', and 'l' not flicking the words up.

I wonder if this has anything to do with 10.3 being optimized for the Passport, as opposed to 10.3.1 for the rest? You wouldn't need to swipe up on the lower parts of the touchscreen since those soft keys are just symbols without suggestions.

Not sure the cause but if you turn off predictive TXT, start composing a TXT tgen turn it back on it seems to work as expected for a while.

noticed that as well, even swiping up for home screen is sometimes unresponsive on the z30. I think it has to do with the OS being passport oriented, just like the camera app, at night it works best when you set it at 1:1 or 4:3 at 16:9 the pictures are terrible, to much light is taken in by the lens. Thats possibly due to the camera app being passport specific.
