    My Z10 is my 7th BlackBerry and I love almost everything about it. But among the few things I'd like changed are an easier, quicker way to change notifications. This is the most complicated of any BlackBerry yet. Hoping for this to be corrected in 10.1 Anyone agree or disagree?

    swiping down and picking notifications, and finding the alert you want to change there eludes you?

    pressing the icon in the swipe down menu to mute it is too hard?

    come on, i've heard some reasonable qualms about the phone, ones I thought "you know what? that is a very valid point." yours is not one of them.
