I'm sure this is an easy one but I don't see the lock screen notification of texts etc. Any ideas?

Reboot your phone. That's fixed that kind of thing for me in the past.

    1. Reboot the phone
    2. Check that you didn't accidentally change the settings.
    3. If you have used BlackBerry Protect to contact your phone before this issue, do it again (it should reactivate the lock screen notifications).

Hope something out of the three works!

It happen to me.. all u need to do is to set a password to lock ur phone, after that it should reappear. If u don't wanna use password, u can disable it after that. The lock screen notifications will be there even after u disable it. Hope it helps!

None of the other solutions worked (very first thing I thought of was a volume-button-reset) - but setting my password, and here's the trick - I had to wait until the device locked, so I set the delay to 1 minute instead of the 30 minute default, then disabling the password...my lock screen notifications are back. Thanks!

And yes, I believe this was caused by me playing around with BlackBerry Protect yesterday; I located the phone and also played the alarm sound through it. I guess this is a bug in Protect that screws up the notifications? Or maybe some roundabout kind of security that disables them so in the event your phone is lost (and happens to be locked), nobody can preview your notifications from the lock screen.

Taht was the easiest fix ever. I thought I was going to have to wipe my phone.
