    Wanted to know if anyone else out there is experiencing this and if there is a fix.

    Prior to installing the OS10.1 update, I had wallpaper X on my device. Ever since the update has been installed wallpaper X is still appears on my lockscreen an not anywhere else. No matter how many times or the different ways I change my wallpaper, it is always wallpaper X on my lockscreen. Can somebody out there offer any advice to change this. Thanks in advance!!!

    Welcome to the forums!

    Here are a few things you can try:

    • Uninstalling/Reinstalling the app;
    • Rebooting - Hold the top buttom till you see the BlackBerry logo (ignore prompts to reboot/turn off).

    In any combination and order. Good luck!

    Had the same problem. When I change the wallpaper only my homepage wallpaper will change, leaving my lockscreen at the same wallpaper I had originally.

    But I can't change the lock screen either. It's stuck on what I had it to the first day so I guess this is my wallpaper until my contracts up!

    If I restore my phone to fix this, and put the back up on my phone, will all the apps I downloaded be there? As well as parental control settings and app arrangements?

    It's the parental controls, if you have it ON you can have two different wallpapers one for locked screen and one for when your phones unlocked, with the parental controls OFF you can only have 1 wallpaper
    I have parental controls ON.... example:

    Your Parental Control is on.

    To change your lock screen wallpaper turn off Parental Control, set a new wallpaper, turn Parental Control back on.

    You have to turn parental controls to have two separate wallpapers. Before you turn parental controls ON set a wallpaper, keep in mind this will be the "lock screen" wallpaper then go to parental controls switch it to ON then set your wallpaper again, this will be the wall paper that will show when tour Z10/Q10 is unlocked.
    Hope this helps
