    Hi,

    I just got BBZ3 off the box... want to get started, while i insert active SIM into the slot, setup app runs automaticall and detects my service provider.
    I should get my Televerification done to get started with SIM services howevever, i can't jump off this setup app and acess home screen to call into Televerification...

    I did it earlier using gestures , swipe from bottom of screen upwards and the app gets minimized, however, this AM i see it doesn't happen that ways.... Swipe do not work to put me off the setup app and get on the home screen.

    Can i assume, set up must be complete first to get into home screen?
    Or Some issue with the OS?

    In bottom line, do i need to knock in service centres or i could acheive it go myself....?

    means you are not able to close the setup app? where its stopping please post screenshot for reference

    Well, Yes.. you got it... When i swipe from bottom of screent upwards , set up app doesn't minimize and i can't jump off to home screen...

    Lock screen /home screen disappeared while setup app runs, does the setup must be complete first to get into the home screen?-bb-z3.jpg

    you have 2 ways to continue

    1) is go to previous and start mobile internet
    2) connect to your wifi

    as i guess you have to get teleservices to activate so first cut out
    you should first connect to wifi to get over this(are u on 10.3.2 series then cant skip this)
