Running 10.2.1.1055. Went to settings>accounts, to set defaults, stuck on loading the accounts list.
See picture below...need help. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Have waited over 1 1/2 minutes until my screen times out and still won't load... did restart and phone-off battery pull too.

Similar problem here. It takes 10-15 seconds before accounts are displayed, also on 10.2.1.1055.

What devices are you two on?.... all three of mine initially took a moment but eventually no issues. Q10, Z10, Z30. Also did you do a restore ? I never do so not sure if that is an issue

I'm on a STL100-3, restored and mine load almost instantly.

Might be time to try reloading the OS.

Had same issue, lived with it for 2 days, reloaded the OS and didn't restore but still same.

Deleted Side loaded Viber and voila, all is well now.

Loaded os twice... One restore, one only apps and media no settings restore. Still same problem. Need fix. Thanks.

I just reloaded the OS then security wipe didn't restore any data then set up the mail,fb,twitter accounts everything was working nicely but after I installed a few apks now the accounts page is stuck again bt then I had already set up all the accounts I need so doesn't bother me now

When google settings apk is deleted it started loading accounts again

It's definitely an apk (at least it was for me). The accounts opened up fine until I began loading more of them. I went back and deleted one by one until I came across the Outlook.com app which was my culprit. Haven't had any issues with accounts opening since.

Yes there is a thread that mentions which apks are to blame.

After deleting 1mobile and viber my accounts showed up again

I dont have any apk's besides android apps from bbworld (only 4 or 5 I count). I installed 10.2.1 and restored my apps and settings last night. I let it sit over night but this morning this same issue comes up. Any ideas if we dont have any apk's?

SILLY ME! It was the apk's from bbworld- i uninstalled kayak and skype and now its works!

It is not only apk files it is also bar files sideload and some bar files from blackberry world.....in my case it is Skype,waze and kayak.....just uninstall them from blackberry world or delet if sideloaded.....I tested them 3 different ways, you will know right away if they confict with you accounts.....these 3 apps were downloaded from black berry world (Skype,Kayak) sideloaded as bar files , downloaded from an app store, and also added as an apk directly to a file folder and launched from the folder; these three caused the accounts to not load everytime....It seems to be apps that access your contacts in a certain way that is the culprit....I discovered this by first loading the OS 1055 (clean install , I never restore) and loaded all my apps without adding accounts (I thought there would not be a problem in the Hub at this stage of BB10 and my priority was that all my apps would work in this leak), then as I tried to add my accounts I noticed the loading problem...I then reloaded the Os again with a clean install and started loading my accounts, etc and the accounts loaded and allowed me to edit properly with no lag. Now I decided to reload my apps systematically and that is how I isolated these three....FYI I just reloaded the OS from the thread that claims to be "leak free" and it did solve the accounts problem with Skype and waze but Kayak will still conflict with accounts , so it wont solve the problem completely.....If you need to access your accounts to edit and don't want to reload your OS just remove the apps that cause the problem , and you will be able to edit your accounts and then just reload those apps....Verizon Z10 STL-4 since May.....

Wechat and Kakaotalk from 1mobile seems to be the culprits in my end. Removed both of them and now my accounts are back.

I have Kayak from 1Mobile running fine and I have Skype from BBWorld also running fine and still able to open accounts... It's interesting that our situations vary. Maybe it's the different devices and or conflict of other applications. It's good everybody's finding the culprit though!

I found that installing any of the Google account services can cause this issue, I was experimenting with the modified Google services apks and my accounts page didn't work until I removed them.
