    Folks,

Seems our spam filter is getting a bit overzealous these days, my apologies, we are working on it. Also note that BB_ForMe and Mainely_Linux also posted these links, BUT BlackScopion3 had the earliest time code.

Guys, is this build higher/newer (and hence relatively "better") than the one in "OS 10.3.2.2339 Live Links" thread? I always get confused by all the numbering (Potential, Radio, SW)..:?

2339 is a higher number than 2252. Come on, its not that hard...

From the PTCRB site. It looks like they got a bit out of order, too.

Hmmm... Peculiar. And yeah, that's the thing. The 2339 looks higher from version numbers perfective, BUT this 2252 is newer release date-wise. So my question is which of the two versions is the one with more/further fixes, improvements, etc.

What do you think Azensun / guys?

To straighten out the confusion, 2339 is the "newer" build, but is virtually identical to this one. I believe the only difference is a very small tweak to the proximity/light sensor in 2339 so it works better on the Passport. Hence why Bell/Telus/Rogers released this build for all their devices except the Passport. And pushed 2339 to the Passport.

The numbers don't always tell if a os is newer...
There was a 2xxx branch an a.8xx branch
Some 8xx builds where newer than the 2xxx builds

Regarding apps, all apps exactly the same on both builds (2252 = 2339)

So to sum up, all apps are the same, only lower Core + Radio; and the newer build date, or also older?
