Do we have any idea which carriers have this?

Edit: sorry I missed a post up there. But I believe this is certified for Classic. Will see if it launches in Canada, US, or somewhere else

Looks like no update to the phone app, so that slight delay when answering will still be there for those of us with that issue.

I had a similar problem after several non-destructive loads. One Autoloader install with a minimal backup restore and that problem was gone.

You didn't load 10.3.2 500 so that you could load a 10.3.1 OS that may be inferior to 10.3.2 ?

No sense of downloading this OS and trying to downgrade OS unnecessarily from 10.3.2. I would prefer to wait for next leak of 10.3.2.

    You are joking I hope.

Links have been posted less than 2 hours.

People then have to download files, create Autoloaders and then upload the finished product.

If you are so keen to have an autoloader for your device, try making one yourself and then upload it for others to benefit from rather than whinge about how long other people are taking to do something you can easily do for yourself.

    Rant over.

I'm very surprised to see a 10.3.1 update! Have only been seeing 10.3.2 lately.

Looking forward to official OTA. Probably the final os update for os 10.3.1

If I wasn't overall happy with the first 10.3.2, wouldn't it make sense to put off installing 10.3.2.500, and this was before all the complaints about the blacklist

A question for who will install this leaked: does it fix the issue with personalized sound alarms?
With the other 10.3.1.xxxx, if you use for Whatsapp, BBM or Sms a mp3 file of 10,15,20 seconds, the alarms are cut after only 2/3 seconds.
Anyone can try with this leaked?
    Thanks.

If you want to use sachesi to update, use the core and radio for your device type.
