Hi guys
After I am installing leak os 1371 I got surprise
My network signal is showing X sign
And my wifi connection is connected but the signal is doesn't appear on the top corner screen
I did long battery pull is doesn't helps
I did off and on again the wifi connection still doesn't work



Now my network signal is very weak and I turn off the wifi connection because is annoying keep on pops up question to connect to hotspot
Which is I doesnt wannlt to



( I did sideload unlock android runtime too)

If X, it means it isn't detecting the network that your SIM is on
If wifi isn't showing up, it means that it doesn't have connection to internet, just a local net
I raun 1371 as a daily driver for a week, so I can tell you both network and wifi should work fine. This is definitely the first I've heard of this issue
Battery pull doesn't do anything on BB10. Just hold down buttons to do reset
Worse comes to worse, you may have to do a wipe

My phone cant restart,grrrr need to do clime
Before I install this leak is working fine
My network and my wifi is good,even my battery life is awesome but after installing this leak I got this problems

There is two persons in CB who had this signal problems

Is this about a radio file or something?

What model is your phone? Did you try the wipe? You also, can try taking out your sim for about a minute and putting it back in. Another thing you can try is reloading the os.

I had some issues with connectivity. Are you between does it happen during network handoffs? Try turning airplane mode on and off and as Pili said shut off and remove sim. As Master said reboot by holding volume buttons up and down until you see the BlackBerry logo.

If nothing else security wipe.

It very well could be a bad install...doesn't mean a problem with your phone though. I have had plenty of bad installs myself (like 5 or 6).

This is how I did
I back up my phone use BlackBerry link
Do security wipe
Install leak os 1371
And I never do restore
Then my phone started to be weird
The signal is X sign and the wifi connection is doesn't show (like I explain before)
So,,,,
I do long battery pull
I take the simcard out and put it back again
I turn off the wifi and turn it on again
Is doesnt helps

Now is on and of the signal very weak

I am thinking to flash the radio from 1047?

That could work, but I don't believe that the radio from 1047 plays nice with the full 1371 os. But I could be wrong, I just can't remember right now. You may want consider loading the full 1047, and then running these https://goo.gl/these 1371 files over it that wu-wei put together. This way you have the functionality of 1047 but the updated bars from 1371.

I never turn off the phone when I running the autoloader,i just turn on the floght mode

Hi Sally,

Here is another way that might work. Try to just reflash the radio file.
If it is still doesnt work then u might try to reinstall the OS using different method which is pull out your battery. plug ur phone to usb then run the autoloader. once it is on, plug the battery back in.

Hmm actually still dunno what's the problems
I am stay in SG,and I had 2 friends who install leak os 1371 is also had the same problems
Last night I just reload my os,without back up and restore
Just do security wipe and run autoloader

It could be bad install?
Or our server in SG?
I also didn't know why?


Now after reload my OS everything working fine
Haven't do any site loads
