"We are retiring the existing LinkedIn Blackberry App on November 27, 2017, which means the app icon will remain on your phone but will no longer work.

You can continue to use LinkedIn on your Blackberry phone by going to www.linkedin.com from your mobile web browser. From there you'll be able to access the full range of LinkedIn features, some of which were not available on the Blackberry App.

Thanks for being a part of the LinkedIn community.

    Sincerely,
    The LinkedIn Team"

The LinkedIn app has been inferior to the Web experience for years on BB10. I stopped using it in 2014.
