Have you tried re-installing Link? Have you recently updated your iTunes? If you did, you may try rolling back to previous iTunes version and see how it goes.
Reinstalling Link now. Don't know how to roll back the iTunes version.

Try to look for the changelog on the Internet and download the previous version.
Can't find changelog. Link reinstalled with no improvement. This sucks because I just loaded to CDS that I need on my phone within the established Playlist. Geez!!! Freakin Apple crap!!

What OS and version iTunes do you need?
I'm running Windows 10 and have the latest iTunes so I guess the previous version of iTunes before the latest update.

I don't use iTunes or keep up with their iterations but it seems most can be found here: http://www.oldapps.com/itunes.php
Not that it helps, I just updated a playlist in ITunes, and same problem. Also spinwheel showing music is loading in window in link nothing shows up in sync.

I am having the same issue here. Not only some apps are no longer updated (see Facebook) but also compatibility with iTunes. Either no one wants BB to survive or BB has no longer the interest to keep its devices alive. All music library disappeared on BB Link. I can no longer utilize my Z30 to listen to my music. What a disappointment.
I copy my music to the SD card and use Playlist-creator to to make my playlists on the phone.
It's ways better than iTunes. :D

I did that also but now I can't sync my Passport songs and playlist with my PlayBook.

Same problem here... The iTunes library and playlists are no longer visible.
iTunes used to sync via Link but no more.. I'm using Link version 1.2.4.39 and iTunes version 12.4.1.6.
I have a recollection that opening Link used to also launch iTunes? That doesn't happen now either...
Swapping to windows media player and back to iTunes (recent update) results in Link reporting iTunes is not installed..
So I guess Apple has changed something and BlackBerry need to play catchup?

That seems like a lot of work if you have a substantial music collection. I've added a song here and there that way, but 20-100 whew...more power to you.

Link does not retrieve music from 12.4 apparently.
IN other words, BB screwed millions of customers by refusing to update Link.
