After loading 10.3 (, Link no longer "sees" my Z10. In Link's "Devices" tab, the Z10 it is grayed-out, as Disconnected and cannot / does not get recognized when connected via the USB. {Accordingly, I cannot Restore anything after having freshly loaded 10.3--leave aside the debate whether a Restore of a 10.2 Backup should be performed on a 10.3 load}.
--I have re-loaded Link to have the most current version.
--With 10.3 loaded, I receive a prompt for Blend, which I do not have installed, so I just Dismiss (I am not aware whether a Leak of Blend is found anywhere). I speculate that this is why Link is not seeing the Z10.
--This has consistently been my experience with 10.3: (.725 / .1130 / .1052)
Any ideas?

When that pop up for Blend comes up, you need to click install drivers only.

You'll also want to go to Settings -> Storage and Access and change the USB Connection drop-down option to Connect to Windows (or Mac).

I do have this issue occasionally myself. Normally if I go out of the house thus losing the WIFI connection from the phone to the router, upon my return I need to reboot the handset in order for it to connect to link again and indeed be able to access the phone's storage from File Explorer in Windows.
It's not always the case but occasionally. I also in my time of running 10.3 have never had anything popup involving Blend so I guess this is also just for some users. It may be running Windows 8.1 it's simply not required (The Drivers only part).

Will look forward to Blend when ever it may arrive.
